Meet Cemi Nguyen, FCS’ Director of Sales & Channels for Vietnam. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Cemi has been with the hospitality industry since 2005. She strongly believes that as one of the most recognized and oldest industries in the world, there are many existing opportunities for the industry to grow as a result of technology, which cannot be ignored. She wants hoteliers to make dramatic changes in the way they handle hotel operations by embracing technology in order to provide pleasant service and ease up operational processes.

What is your favorite FCS solution?

The hotelier has more time to interact and understand the guest’s need in-person to create a genuine experience during the guest’s stay.

Cemi: I would like the power of invisibility.
What has been your favorite FCS memory/moment?
Cemi: Although I have been working with FCS for only about 8 months, I have worked hard to build a very good relationship with all my clients from the start. We recently signed off a contract with a resort in Phu Quoc Island for 5 of our FCS Solutions including Connect, Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge and Recovery. With this contract, FCS has become the exclusive IT solution supplier for this hotel group in Phu Quoc Island. The IT Manager mentioned, “Please take good care of my hotels since FCS is now our only trusted partner”. Hearing those words, I’m truly delighted to know that my client is pleased and satisfied with our products and service.
What do you like most about your job?
Cemi: Getting to know a lot of passionate hoteliers and showing them how FCS solutions can make their operational tasks more efficient.
