Meet Dale Martin, FCS’ Senior Director of Sales & Channels for Middle East & Africa. Based in Dubai, Dale believes that his 23 years of experience has given him the ability to truly understand his customers.

Dale: Lisbon, Portugal.

Dale: Pizza!

Dale: “Forgive and let go“.

What is your favorite FCS solution?
Dale: FCS Housekeeping. The housekeeping team is one of the core departments for a hotel as a clean and well-maintained hotel is one of the key factors that will encourage a guest to return to a hotel again and again. Our housekeeping solution helps the team make sure that the hotel achieves high cleanliness standards by automating room cleaning assignments and ensuring sufficient manpower, linen, and amenities are available at all times.
What is the one app or piece of tech that you can’t live without?
Dale: WhatsApp!
If you can have one superpower what would it be?
Dale: A food factory to ensure there is enough food to feed the hungry.
What has been your favorite FCS memory/moment?
Dale: The day I got hired at FCS. I knew that FCS Solutions was created to help make the lives of hoteliers easier; and I am excited to be part of the team that brings these solutions to hoteliers.
What do you like most about your job?
Dale: I get to meet many people in this industry, and hear their stories, and experiences. Understanding the pain points of customers helps me to share this feedback to the team in order to evolve FCS Solutions to become the only asset hoteliers will need to run their hotel operations effectively.
