John: The ability to look into the future.
What has been your favorite FCS memory/moment?
John: It was the moment we successfully implemented our solutions in two large Casino Resort hotels from a major hotel chain in Macau.
What do you like most about your job?
John: I love that I have the ability to understand the challenges of hoteliers and suggest the exact solutions they would need to solve their problems.
